2015: APGA seeks level playing field for all political parties

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has asked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to provide a level playing field for all political parties to contest the 2015 general elections.
The party also cautioned Nigerian politicians to be more concerned about deepening democracy in the country through issue-based politics devoid of violence, rather than doing
things that considered inimical to democracy and heating the polity.
A press statement issued yesterday in Abuja by the Senior Special Assistant on Media to its national chairman, Victor Eneh, said: “APGA would be a third leg in the nation’s political tripod that will determine the outcome of the forthcoming general election.
“APGA is being rebranded and repositioned under the leadership of Chief Maxi Okwu to play a major role in the nation’s political process. We also enjoin INEC to provide a level playing field for all political parties ahead of 2015 general elections.”
The party appealed to civil and public servants across the country to be committed to the task of nation-building, despite the current numerous challenges affecting the nation.
