APC presidential aspirants present blueprints in P/Harcourt Sunday
The five presidential aspirants on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) will meet in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, November 23 to brainstorm on their individual blueprints to back their aspirations.
A statement signed by the national vice chairman of the party in charge of South South, Prince Hilliard Eta, said that General Muhammadu Buhari, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Owelle Rochas Okorocha and Mr. Sam Nda – Isaiah have all confirmed readiness to participate in the critical stakeholders get together and present their programmes for the development of the South South zone.
The statement also indicated that the presentations by the presidential hopefuls will further inform what the basic components of the APC manifesto is for the critical development of the zone bearing in mind the zone’s peculiarities.
Eta said that the event which will take the form of an interactive session between the aspirants and party stakeholders in the zone, is to hold at the Hotel Presidential at noon.
He stated that over a hundred members of the party drawn from among the leaders and stakeholders from the various states of the zone are expected to participate at the interactive session.
