WHY I JOINED KOGI WEST SENATORAL RACE - EX-SSS CHIEF

A former State Security Service (SSS) chief, Mr. Williams Toyin Akanle, has said that he joined the race for the Kogi West senatorial district ticket in order to attract development to the area.

KOGI WEST ELDERS ENDORSE ROTATION OF SENATE, REP SEATS

Elders in Kogi West Senatorial Zone have endorsed the rotation of elective offices among the various political components in the zone.
The Kogi West Political Leaders’ Consultative Forum which met mid-week resolved that the subsisting conventions on zoning and rotation in the senatorial zone must be maintained in the interest of equity and justice.
